One Night Stand

Bright didn’t know why he’d said those things about Tommy. He knew they weren’t true. But he couldn’t let his father let Amy date him.

Because that would really freak him out. He’d seen Tommy first. Tommy was mostly his.

Maybe Tommy didn’t remember. And that hurt more than Bright wanted to admit. And maybe *that* was why he’d said those things -- those rumors and gossip that he knew weren’t true. But he really didn’t want to think about what that said about him as a person.

It was all Colin’s fault. But he couldn’t blame his dead best friend for what had happened with Tommy.

He’d been lonely, half-drunk and most of all, horny as fucking hell. Bright turned onto his other side and stared into the darkness. Three in the morning was not the best time to think about one’s life choices.

Bright stumbled into the kitchen and searched in vain for through the fridge for another beer. He sighed when he couldn’t find any. Stepping back, he was surprised when a bottle slid over his shoulder and into his hand. He twisted around and smiled gratefully at the stranger with a crooked grin. “Thanks.”

He smiled and the one he got in return twisted something in his belly.

“No problem, man.”

“I’m Bright.”

“Are you?”

Bright flushed. “Not really. It’s either my name or my parents’ idea of a cruel joke.” He laughed softly at the confused look on his new friend’s face.

“I’m Tommy.” Bright nodded and twisted the top off his beer. After a long swallow, he leaned against he fridge and eyed Tommy.

“I thought I knew everyone here tonight.”

Tommy smiled again and quirked an eyebrow. “Guess not.” Bright couldn’t help staring at the tongue that poked from Tommy’s mouth and licked his lips. He hadn’t felt anything like this since before Colin’s accident.

Bright closed his eyes and took another drink of his beer. When he opened his eyes, Tommy was staring at him.

“What?”

Tommy shook his head. “Nothing.”

Later, Bright wouldn’t remember who had made the first move, or how they’d ended up in the bedroom together. He knew a lot more alcohol was probably involved and Tommy must have had a stash somewhere. But beyond that, Bright had no idea what the conversation had been that had led to this.

Hard messy kisses that left Bright just craving more. It seemed to go on for hours. The kissing, the groping and touching and before Bright realized it, his shirt was unbuttoned, his pants undone and he was writhing beneath Tommy, moaning like a girl.

He’d had enough beer not to care. He could feel how hard Tommy’s cock was as he ground down against him, but he couldn’t think past how turned on he was.

Suddenly, Tommy wasn’t kissing him anymore. His tongue was now licking its way down Bright’s chest. It dipped into his navel and he could feel himself shudder. “Christ, Tommy.”

“Shh.”

It wasn’t his first blowjob. Hell, it wasn’t even his first from a guy. But it was the first since Colin.

Tommy sucked and licked his way around Bright’s cock. It had been too long for Bright to hold back for very long. He tried to thrust but Tommy held down his hips. The noises that escaped his lips would probably embarrass him later, but Bright couldn’t bring himself to care while it was happening.

Despite his alcohol intake, Bright was still a teenage boy. It only took a few minutes of Tommy’s expert blowjob for him to come.

Bright sat up before he caught his breath and pushed Tommy down on the unfamiliar bed. Tommy’s eyes were intense with need and Bright grinned as he sucked a kiss into Tommy’s mouth.

Bright didn’t bother with niceties like foreplay, he just leaned down and swallowed Tommy’s dick down. The technique had been perfected long ago, and he loved how this time earned him a moan. He would have grinned if he could. Instead, he just moved his head faster and slid one hand down to cup Tommy’s balls. That earned him another moan, and then Tommy’s hands were in his hair as he was straining off the bed and coming in Bright’s mouth.

Coming up panting, Bright didn’t pull away when Tommy kissed him.

~*~

Bright had dozed off after that, but it only seemed like a few minutes. When he woke up, he was alone and sober. He sat on the side of the bed, his shirt and pants still undone. He leaned his head into his hands and sighed.

He still didn’t know anything about Tommy beyond the fact that he was hot and that he gave an awesome blowjob. He resolved to figure out his last name.

~*~

Bright couldn’t stop staring at Tommy during Thanksgiving dinner. Tommy never met his eyes.

The entire time his dad was questioning Tommy, he felt bad. Mostly because he knew that everything that his dad was saying was something that he’d repeated. The rumors were false, he’d discovered that. But Tommy had never said a word to him since.

Bright stared down at his plate as Tommy left. He was pretty sure that his dad wasn’t the only thing that had made Tommy uncomfortable.

~*~

Later, Bright tried to figure out exactly what he’d tried to accomplish by telling his dad all that crap about Tommy. He stared at his wall and tried to get to sleep. Now, he couldn’t date Tommy either.
